YaBer & DD is operated by DG-Meteor LLC, based in Irvine, California. These terms govern purchases from yaber-dd.com, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Cancellations policy.
Please review product descriptions, sizes, and selected options before ordering. Colors may vary between screens and physical products, and handmade items may have variations described on their product pages. These variations do not excuse defects or items that materially differ from their descriptions. Prices are in U.S. dollars, with applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.
Please provide accurate order information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or material listing errors. Payments collected for cancelled orders will be refunded. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including requests for different sizes or designs. Please review our Shipping Policy and Returns & Cancellations policy for cancellation eligibility and delivery issues. These policies do not limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, or rights required by law.
Our original characters, artwork, animations, and designs belong to DG-Meteor LLC or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights or authorize reproduction or commercial use, except as permitted by law. Unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, and misuse of this website are prohibited.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. External websites linked from our store have their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, DG-Meteor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from website use or purchases.
